Hello, I'm Abigail 

I have always known the importance of looking after the mind and body. With my dad being a personal trainer, I understood the value of protecting and looking after your body to have a better quality of life. Growing up being surrounded by sports I learnt how recovery and repair of your body will benefit in the long run to give you the best chance of continuing to partake in sports. I started dance lessons from the age of 3 up till I was 14 doing 5 classes a week and it led me to understanding how beneficial massage can be to repairing individuals’ muscles.​

Once I had stopped Dance, I was still around people playing sports especially high contact sports. These sports can lead to immense injuries and chronic pains from continuous impact onto the body. Which led me to provide basic massages for family and friends to help relieve tension. I soon discovered the love and interest of massage and how beneficial it is for individuals especially who play sports. I soon began my course into Soft tissue therapy and learnt so much about the mind, body and the value of massage.

My aim

My aim is to enable you to get back to your best whether it’s a sports and fitness related recovery therapy or treatments to help you manage and repair injury or chronic pain. I can be your helping hands to recover, repair and regain the ability to have a better quality of life looking after your physical wellbeing alongside your mental wellbeing being at the full front of it as well.
